Your tasks • Operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure and system landscape • Administration and development of Microsoft 365 and Azure environment • Management and support of server, virtualization, network, and security infrastructures • Participation in IT and digitization projects as well as technical improvement initiatives • Planning and implementation of modern workplace and terminal management solutions • Support in IT security, monitoring, backup, and compliance areas • Analysis and resolution of incidents and technical problems within level 2 and 3 support • Automation and standardization of IT processes • Technical consulting and support for internal departments • Documentation of systems, processes, and technical solutions Your expertise • Completed or ongoing training in computer science (e.g., apprenticeship, HF, FH, or equivalent qualification) • Several years of experience in operating, administering, and engineering IT infrastructures • Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and ideally Microsoft Azure • Experience in virtualization, networks, and IT security is an advantage • Knowledge of PowerShell or comparable scripting languages is a plus • Interest in modern cloud, infrastructure, and security technologies • Excellent skills in German and English • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work style Your social skills • Team spirit with passion for direct and collaborative work with departments • Great initiative and sense of responsibility • Empathy and social skills in dealing with users and internal clients • Strong willingness to learn and openness to new technologies Entry • Immediate or by agreement • Immediate or by agreement More about us!
