• You organize and lead the sensory panel and ensure professional implementation and evaluation.
• You provide technical guidance to the panel participants, convey knowledge, and support cross-departmental sensory questions.

• You take on development and optimization projects in the field of natural cheese and accompany products, recipes, and processes from the idea to implementation.

What you bring with you ##

• You have a degree in the food sector or a scientific discipline.
• Whether starting your career or already having experience: what matters to us is your motivation, your personality, and your desire to make a difference.
• Experience in sensory science, data evaluation, or product development is a plus.
• You enjoy standing in front of a group, can guide people, and feel comfortable in a technical leadership role.
• You are communicative, present, and bring the necessary portion of energy and assertiveness.
• You are strong in implementation, roll up your sleeves, and at the same time work in a structured and independent manner.
