We are TT Türenfabrik Turbenthal AG – a Swiss production company based in Turbenthal. We produce doors for a wide variety of construction projects. Modern machines, manual know-how, and short decision-making paths are just as much a part of us as a team that rolls up its sleeves together.

Do you enjoy machines, want to understand how they work, and like to look for a solution yourself first when problems arise? Then we could be a good match.

Your tasks

• Operating and monitoring our production machines
• Setting up and programming the machine
• Identifying malfunctions and finding solutions
• Taking responsibility for a reliable production process
• Flexible cooperation in various areas of our production

What you bring with you

You have completed vocational training – ideally in a technical or manual field, e.g., electrical, metal construction, wood, or mechanics.

You do not have to come from the door industry: career changers from other professions are explicitly welcome.

• Think independently and look for solutions when problems arise
• Take responsibility
• Work reliably and precisely
• Like to roll up your sleeves and are ready to learn new things
