Job description

Your tasks:

• Active advice and sale of our products in store (Swatch and Flik Flak)
• Ensuring a warm welcome as well as attentive customer service
• Attractive presentation of our products in store according to visual directives
• Responsibility for the proper functioning and management of the cash register
• Carrying out small service tasks such as changing batteries and adjusting watch straps
• Ensuring a neat and welcoming appearance of the store
• Receiving deliveries and supporting merchandise management

Profile

• Completed training in retail or equivalent qualification
• Experience in sales, ideally in the field of watches, jewelry, or lifestyle products
• Pronounced customer orientation and enjoyment of active selling
• Flexibility regarding schedules, notably weekends, in a 7 days a week operation

We are looking for a committed and experienced, multilingual person who feels comfortable in a dynamic and international work environment with great flexibility, stress resistance, and autonomy.

Languages

Very good knowledge of German and French as well as good knowledge of English, other languages are an asset
