Profile: • Completed vocational training (EFZ or EBA), ideally plastic industry / technical vocational training • Several years of experience as a production employee • Experience with shift and/or night work and willingness for 3-shift operation • Technical interest and basic PC knowledge (SAP, Excel) is an advantage • Good German language skills in speaking and writing • High degree of independence, exact working style and high sense of responsibility • Resilient, flexible and team-oriented personality Tasks: • Set up, operate and monitor extrusion and finishing systems • Ensure production in compliance with deadlines and quality, as well as perform and document quality checks • Comply with occupational safety, environmental protection regulations and laws • Participation in the ongoing tasks "order and cleanliness", 5S and KVP
