What you achieve ## • You actively acquire new Private Banking customers and continuously develop an existing customer portfolio in the investment area. • You care for and advise our Private Banking customers in a holistic and needs-oriented manner, positioning yourself as a trusted contact person in all financial matters. In doing so, you support them in shaping their financial future and recommend suitable investment and pension solutions. • You analyze the needs of your customers, taking into account their individual wishes, goals, and life situations. If necessary, you work closely with internal specialists and develop suitable investment solutions. • Together with internal specialists, you develop individual investment, pension, financing, and succession concepts. • You identify additional consulting opportunities and use them specifically through active cross-selling. In doing so, you advise your customers comprehensively on bank and insurance products. • You monitor developments in the financial markets and discuss them regularly with your customers. • At customer events, you represent our Private Banking internally and externally. You are part of the Private Banking team Olten.  What you bring ## • You have several years of experience in the care and advice of Private Banking customers. • You have completed a banking training course as well as further education, for example as a financial planner with a federal certificate of expertise or a Bachelor in Banking and Finance. • You are an empathetic and authentic personality and understand how to offer our Private Banking customers a convincing customer experience in different life situations. • You are a committed, entrepreneurially thinking, and integral personality with high quality standards and pronounced customer orientation. • Your team spirit and your secure and winning appearance round out your profile.
