Your missions
Reporting directly to the deputy director of the ISO, you are responsible for managing the Resources Department composed of five units. Your main missions are the following:
Provide the necessary expertise to internal partners for the support of users in an innovative and efficient manner;
Promote the autonomy and empowerment of unit managers and their teams while ensuring the security of business processes and contributing to risk management;
Work in close collaboration with the AMIG and ASOC functions, as well as with external partners in the sector in order to develop high-performance collaborations promoting the support of the beneficiaries of the Hg;
Contribute to the evolution of the practices and culture of the organization.

Support, which accompanies the employees of the AMIG, ASOC and ISO services in their integration into the workplace and in the realization of their daily activities.
Health Administration which ensures the management and coordination of the health asylum network (RSA), ensures the affiliation of Amig beneficiaries under LAMal and the correct granting of health costs. The unit will be transferred to the Health-social Service.

Qualifications
Your profile
Bachelor HES, university or recognized training, completed by training in management;
Confirmed experience of at least 5 years in a position with managerial responsibility in a company with a social vocation;
