Your tasks and perspectives
Overall technical responsibility for the radiology-specific IT landscape of the Netzwerk Radiologie und Nuklearmedizin and its strategic direction, as well as disciplinary leadership of IT Radiology including its team development
Management of the application portfolio and ensuring a stable, secure, and economical IT operation in accordance with clinical requirements and the strategic development of the network
Management of complex transformation projects as well as evaluation and introduction of new technologies, particularly Artificial Intelligence, within the framework of the continuous further development of the radiological care and IT landscape
Sustainable further development of the IT Radiology area with responsibility for investment planning, contract, supplier, and escalation management
Ensuring data protection and IT security as well as IT-side integration of new partner organizations and locations, thereby actively connecting clinic, technology, operation, and corporate development
What you bring for this position
Sound informatics training; ideally a university or university of applied sciences degree in medical informatics or a comparable field
Several years of experience in healthcare, ideally in IT Radiology, with a pronounced understanding of clinical processes and the requirements of a radiology-specific IT landscape
Proven leadership of complex transformation and integration projects as well as sound experience in project management and in the implementation of strategic developments
Good understanding of application and integration architectures, IT Service Management, data protection and information security, as well as the ability to combine clinical requirements with technological and operational framework conditions
Persuasive communication, negotiation skills and a reliable appearance as well as the ability to win different stakeholders for common solutions
