What you can look forward to: Nursing Controlling - You check assessments (EBI, epaAC, ICF/ICD, etc.) and minimum nursing minutes according to ST-Reha and provide targeted feedback to the department management - so that nursing services are correctly reflected. Quality Assurance - You recognize patterns in recording quality, participate in cross-departmental improvements, and together with the specialist responsibilities and department managements, ensure sustainably high nursing quality. Training & Knowledge Transfer - You plan and conduct further training - on nursing processes, EBI recording and introduction topics - and regularly evaluate content in coordination with the nursing directorate and nursing expertise. Onboarding & Team Integration - You accompany new employees in a structured way and with genuine interest - professionally and personally. Processes & Interprofessionality - You optimize nursing processes, implement professional documents, and actively participate in interdisciplinary meetings, coding exchanges, and leadership workshops. Subject Matter Expertise in Practice - You are close to the patient's bedside, instruct nursing activities, and contribute with your attitude to a positive, safe working atmosphere.
