As a dynamic team of two, you and your colleague are responsible for all purchasing, from strategic orientation to the smooth running of daily operations. The basis of your role lies in operations, while you continuously develop purchasing in tandem.

YOUR MISSIONS ##

Operational purchasing (approx. 70 %) ###

• Ensure operational purchasing in the areas of metal die casting and fittings
• Optimize processes and be responsible for purchasing documentation
• Guarantee a smooth flow of information and goods with internal interfaces

Strategic purchasing & development (approx. 30 %) ###

• Develop purchasing processes in a team of two
• Establish and develop strategic suppliers, particularly in die casting and toolmaking
• Conduct supplier evaluations and, jointly with QM, supplier audits
• Optimize supplier evaluation and development

YOUR PROFILE ##

• Basic mechanical or technical training
• Several years of experience in strategic and operational purchasing in the mass production industry
• Continuing education in the field of purchasing
• Negotiation skills and the ability to assert oneself with suppliers
• Team spirit and excellent communication skills
• Very good written and oral knowledge of German and English
• IT skills (MS Office / ERP Pro Alpha)
