The IdéeSport foundation is committed to the field of child and youth promotion. It uses sport as a means of prevention, health promotion, and social integration.

With its programs, IdéeSport opens up vacant spaces for sport and movement throughout Switzerland on behalf of the Confederation, cantons, municipalities, and cities.

Framework Conditions

• Start date: Immediately or by arrangement
• Office location: Olten
• Project support: Zürich/Eastern Switzerland
• Permanent employment at 70-80 %
• Remuneration at 100 %: CHF 5'900-6'200

Your Tasks

• You are aware of your operational responsibility and support the planning, implementation, and further development of the hall projects through your appreciative personnel leadership.
• To ensure smooth organization of the season, you perform administrative tasks, maintain contact with project participants, and commit yourself to the communication of the projects.
• You are part of a self-organized foundation and take on internal roles and tasks to implement the goals and values of IdéeSport.
• You are in exchange with external partners and advance the networking and further development of the foundation.

You-

• have an interest in social topics in the child and youth sector, especially for health promotion, prevention, and equal opportunity.
• have high social competence, teamwork skills, a structured and independent way of working.
• are proficient in the German language and are enthusiastic about sport and movement.
• have initial experience in project management or possess a tertiary education and want to expand your skills in this area.
