Your tasks

• You will take over the project management of smaller projects and gradually grow into the responsibility for medium-sized projects – from planning and calculation to implementation.
• You develop technically and professionally flawless planning solutions and participate in tenders, offer comparisons, awards, and negotiations.
• You coordinate your trade technically and spatially, coordinate with other project participants, and gradually take over the technical guidance of project employees.
• You participate in construction meetings and QS appointments, accompany acceptances, and document construction progress.
• You support the management of the construction finances of your trade and process documents for building applications.

Your competencies

• You have training as a Dipl. Techniker:in HF, a degree as an Ingenieur:in Gebäudetechnik BSc HLKS, or a comparable qualification. We also look forward to your application with a solid basic training in the sanitary sector and corresponding professional experience.
• You bring experience in the planning and coordination of sanitary systems and want to develop professionally as well as in project management.
• You have knowledge of tendering, awarding, and quality assurance and have a good understanding of deadlines, costs, and quality.
• You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and value cooperation with internal and external project participants.
• You convince through initiative, sense of responsibility, willingness to learn, and the desire to lead projects increasingly independently.
