Main duties

• Creation of electrical diagrams for industrial plants, electrical panels, and automation systems.
• Design and development of technical documentation relating to electrical systems.
• Drawing and updating of layouts, single-line diagrams, multi-line diagrams, and wiring plans.
• Preparation of bills of materials and production documentation.
• Technical support to the production, assembly, and testing departments.
• Reading and interpretation of technical specifications and project specifications.
• Verification of project compliance with current regulations and company standards.
• Collaboration with designers, installers, and project managers.
• Management and archiving of technical documentation.
• Participation in activities to improve and optimize design processes.

Required skills

• Proven experience as an Electrical Designer.
• Excellent knowledge of electrical technical drawing and industrial plant design.
• Experience in using electrical CAD software (EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical, SPAC Automazione or equivalents).
• Ability to create electrical diagrams, control panels, and distribution panels.
• Knowledge of applicable electrical regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
• Precision, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good problem-solving and priority management skills.

Preferred requirements

• Technical training in the electrical, electrotechnical, or industrial automation field.
• Experience gained in the Swiss market.
• Knowledge of industrial automation and control systems.
• Knowledge of technical English.
• Category B driving license and own vehicle.
• Immediate availability.
