Your task ##

• Take technical responsibility for the operation and further development of defined customer environments
• Technically lead infrastructure projects from conception to successful implementation
• Competently advise customers on IT infrastructure, Modern Workplace, and lifecycle management
• Analyze, optimize, and further develop Microsoft 365 and VMware environments
• Create technical solution concepts and coordinate their implementation with internal specialists
• Independently manage and monitor project goals, deadlines, quality, and costs
• Technically lead, support, and further develop assigned support employees
• Act as the technical contact person between customers, support, engineering, and other project participants

Your profile ##

• Completed training in computer science, for example, Informatiker/in EFZ with further training, dipl. Informatiker/in HF or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in technical IT project management as well as in supporting demanding IT customers
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, Mobile Device Management, and Microsoft Teams
• Sound experience with VMware technologies, especially Horizon VDI and VMware ESXi
• Experience in the conception and further development of modern IT infrastructures and workplace solutions
• Pronounced consulting, communication, and leadership competence as well as a structured and independent way of working
• Proficient German skills (C2) as well as very good English skills (B2)
• In possession of a Category B driver's license
