• At the heart of it: You audit inpatient services across all specialist departments and ensure correct billing with your expertise.
• Using modern systems, you identify potentially erroneous codings and address them with clear, concise statements.
• You participate actively in the further development and optimization of our rulebook for the semi-automated coding audit.
• You always keep regulatory and tariff requirements in view, analyze trends, and develop innovative measures from them.

What you bring with you ##

• First things first: You have completed basic training in the medical or nursing field - this forms your solid foundation.
• Additionally, you have successfully completed further training as a Medical Coder and have already gained professional experience in medical coding.
• You bring sound knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system; experience in the health insurance or social insurance sector is a big plus.
• You communicate confidently and with style in German, both orally and in writing. Knowledge of French or Italian is an advantage.
• With curiosity, you question existing processes, contribute your own ideas, and actively help shape changes.
