Your Tasks

• Creation and processing of invoices as well as credit notes for the skirting boards department
• Checking and maintaining customer data in the system
• Checking reminders created by the accounting department
• General administrative activities in the area of invoicing, such as creating factory warranties & bank guarantees
• Support in daily customer contact (recording offers & orders)
• Support IT and telephone system
• Registering tools for repair

Your Profile

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Experience in the area of invoicing is an advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office, ideally with Selectline
• Exact and structured way of working
• Ability to work in a team and enjoyment in dealing with numbers
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
