Become part of Zurich Schweiz and bring your expertise to the Life business area in the Help Point BVG department. You will be responsible for comprehensive insured member administration and will process the written and telephone inquiries of our insured members in German and English. In addition, you will process insured member changes such as divorce cases, WEF, and buy-ins and proactively support our sales and distribution units by working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

What awaits you

• You are responsible for comprehensive insured member administration
• You process the written and telephone inquiries of our insured members in German and English
• You process insured member changes (divorce cases, WEF, buy-ins, etc.)
• You proactively support sales and distribution units and work together with internal and external stakeholders

What distinguishes you

• Commercial basic training, ideally in the insurance or finance industry
• Further training in the social insurance sector (e.g., VBV) is an advantage
• Proactive, team-oriented and resilient personality with good communication skills
• Confident German and very good English and French, any further foreign language is an advantage
