Your Task ##

• Support of 1st and 2nd-level support
• Careful maintenance of hardware and software
• Setting up and maintaining workstations
• Active support and contribution of solutions to the IT project teams
• Creation of instructions and documentation

Your Profile ##

• Completed training as Informatiker EFZ
• Experience in working with a ticket system
• Knowledge of M365 and Active Directory is a must
• Open-minded and courteous personality
• Very good German and good English skills
• Driver's license category B
