ICT Network Engineer

With our dynamic team, you manage operations, troubleshooting, and handle client requests within the framework of our «Managed Services» activities. Our team is composed of approximately 30 employees. We are organized in an agile manner, with a customer orientation by business area. Integrity, commitment, and sharing are the team's core values. We are looking for a new junior member for the team with initial professional experience and the motivation to develop more advanced skills in network and security.

• Operations management and incident resolution
• Guaranteeing compliance with services
• Identification of automation opportunities for support activities

Your skills

• 1 to 5 years of experience in network operations
• Good knowledge of network fundamentals (routing & switching), as well as WLAN, CCNA to CCNP level or equivalent skills depending on experience
• Knowledge in the following areas: Firewall (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet), NAC (ISE), Proxy (ZScaler), PAM (Wallix), Reverse Proxy, Load Balancer
• Autonomous and proactive
• Very good level of French and English, both written and oral
• Resident in Switzerland
