Operating Room Instrumentalist

Responsibilities

• Prepare, organize, and ensure the availability of the equipment necessary for surgical interventions.
• Guarantee the proper technical functioning of medical devices and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and operating room nurses to ensure the optimal course of interventions.
• Ensure the traceability of the equipment used and participate in the monitoring of hygiene and sterilization processes.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient operating environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma as an operating room technician (TSO), IBODE or IDDO.
• Previous experience in the operating room in different specialties desired.
• Excellent mastery of asepsis rules and safety protocols.
• Acute sense of precision, rigor, and ability to manage complex situations.
• Team spirit, autonomy, flexibility, and good resistance to stress.
