tasks:

• you are responsible for the design, development and architectural management of modern residential construction projects
• in doing so, you are responsible for the execution and detail planning of conversions, new buildings as well as replacement new buildings
• furthermore, you lead projects from the first sketch to realization
• you also participate in the acquisition of building land and in the company development in the area of planning
• cost and quality management completes your area of responsibility
• the workload can, depending on preference, be between 80 and 100%

requirements

• you have training as an architect / architectin ETH / FH
• professional experience in residential construction will make your daily work easier
• good knowledge in ArchiCAD, Messerli and/or BIM is desired, but not a requirement
• you also bring a good flair for design, spatial quality and functionality
• do you also describe yourself as thinking economically, cooperative and independent?
