Specialist Psychiatrist Psychotherapy Management Function 40 - 80 % Wil

Psychotherapy at a high professional level and the further development of an interdisciplinary team characterize your daily work in this position. As a management physician for psychotherapy, you will take on a central leadership role in the Center for Psychotherapy and Psychosomatics with a focus on schema therapy. With a workload of 40 to 80 %, you will actively shape therapeutic processes, lead employees, and further develop the ward professionally and structurally. This position is available from Autumn 2026 or by arrangement.

• Medical management of the psychotherapy ward in tandem with the ward management
• Professional and personnel leadership of an interdisciplinary team
• Further development of modern therapy concepts with a focus on schema therapy
• Responsibility for the quality of treatment as well as for organizational processes
• Co-shaping the conceptual and economic development of the ward
• Treatment of patients with depressive illnesses, anxiety disorders, addiction disorders, and personality disorders

What you bring with you

• Completed specialist training in psychiatry and psychotherapy
• Enjoyment of psychotherapy as well as the leadership and development of employees
• Very good German language skills, written and spoken
