From 7 November 2026 to 27 January 2027, Ägeri on Ice transforms in the middle of the village on the sports field near the Acher school complex into a magical wonderland with ice skating, ice mini golf, ice stock sport, and hut magic with various fondues. During almost twelve weeks, we enchant around 30'000 visitors of the most diverse generations.
In our Stübli with up to 200 seats, everything revolves around different variants of the classic cheese fondue with regional products – deliberately in a compact, fine selection. In doing so, a warm, personal interaction with our guests is particularly close to our hearts.
For our Stübli at Ägeri on Ice, we are looking for a Deputy Operations Manager / Chef de Service, 80-100%, for the period from 2.11.2026 to 28.01.2027.

Your tasks

• Co-responsibility for the smooth operational processes of the Stübli
• Leadership of the entire team (service, kitchen, back office)
• Quality assurance and compliance with hygiene and safety standards
• Active cooperation and leadership in service with a focus on personal guest care
• Cooperation in reservation management and guest correspondence
• Coordination between service and kitchen for an optimal guest experience

Your profile

• You have sound knowledge from gastronomy and preferably bring a qualification as a Restaurationsfachmann/ - Frau
• You have experience in personnel leadership and excellent communication skills
• You are a team player and have a positive attitude
• You are used to flexible working hours and bring passion for gastronomy
