Are you a passionate host with heart who wants to delight our guests with authentic Italian cuisine?

For our small, authentic restaurant in the old town of Richterswil, we are looking for a motivated, independent, and resilient personality with long-term experience as a Pizzaiolo, immediately or by agreement.

Our Italian restaurant with pizzeria has around 40 indoor seats and a terrace with 50–60 seats.

Your tasks

• Independent organization of the assigned post
• Preparation of authentic Italian pizzas
• Experience working with an electric oven
• Preparation of the daily mise en place
• Professional handling of high-quality products
• Acceptance, inspection, and proper storage of goods deliveries
• Compliance with hygiene, cleaning, and safety regulations according to the HACCP-/KOPAS concept

Your profile

• Several years of professional experience as a Pizzaiolo
• Independent, clean, and precise working method
• Reliable, resilient, and stress-resistant
• Passion for authentic Italian cuisine, combined with a sense of innovation and creative ideas
• Good to very good knowledge of Italian cuisine
• Good German and Italian language skills
• Ideally between 30 and 55 years old
