In this varied position, you will support our customers from consulting through implementation to ongoing support of modern communication solutions. The activity specifically includes the support of 3CX telephone systems, which combine functions such as VoIP telephony, video conferences, chat, and mobile communication. Your area of responsibility: Acquisition of new customers as well as consulting existing customers in the field of 3CX telephony Analysis of customer requirements and development of suitable communication solutions Coordination and implementation of number porting Installation, configuration, and commissioning of 3CX telephone systems Setup and configuration of SIP trunks as well as telephony infrastructures Installation and setup of physical IP phones and headsets Carrying out maintenance work, updates, and system optimizations Technical support for customers via telephone, remote maintenance, or on-site Error analysis and troubleshooting in the area of VoIP and telephony Documentation of customer environments and projects Your profile: Completed training in the field of IT, telecommunications, or comparable qualification Experience in the field of VoIP, SIP, or telephony solutions is an advantage Knowledge of 3CX telephone systems is desirable Basic knowledge in network technology (TCP/IP, Firewall, VLAN, Routing) Independent and customer-oriented way of working Enjoyment of customer contact and advisory activities Driver's license category B is an advantage Independent and structured way of working Good social competence, friendly, confident appearance, helpful and open personality Negotiation-secure in German / Swiss German Versatile and varied areas of responsibility and a young, collegial team await you.
