What awaits you

• You work in interdisciplinary and agile teams on modern cloud, platform, and software solutions. Depending on the project, you support platform teams in building cloud native platforms or are part of a development team and support the DevOps role in the development and operation of software applications. You assume responsibility throughout the lifecycle in accordance with DevOps principles.
• You develop, automate, and operate modern infrastructures and deployment platforms based on Kubernetes and cloud native technologies.
• You design and implement CI/CD pipelines as well as Infrastructure-as-Code solutions and advance automation and standardization.
• You work closely with software engineers, architects, Product Owners, and clients, bringing your expertise to cloud, DevOps, and platform topics.
• You support our clients in adopting modern engineering practices such as DevOps, GitOps, Platform Engineering, and Cloud Native Development.
• Depending on your level of experience, you assume responsibility for technical topics, support knowledge development within the team, and actively contribute to our offering.

What you bring

• Degree from a university of applied sciences, ETH, or university in the field of computer science or equivalent practical training.
• Several years of experience in DevOps, cloud, platform, or software engineering projects.
• Experience with Kubernetes or OpenShift as well as containerized applications.
• Experience with tools and technologies in the fields of CI/CD, GitOps, Infrastructure as Code, and automation (e.g., GitLab, GitHub Actions, Tekton, Argo CD, Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, or Azure DevOps).
• Good knowledge of Linux and pleasure in automating and operating systems.
• Experience with at least one cloud platform such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of agile development models and DevOps principles.
• Strong customer orientation, personal initiative, and pleasure in collaborating in interdisciplinary teams.
• Very good knowledge of German as well as good knowledge of English.

An asset

• Experience in software development with one or more modern languages such as Java (Spring Boot, Quarkus), .NET, or Python.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry.
• Experience with modern AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code.
