To strengthen our team in the outpatient sector, we are looking for a Social Pedagogue HF/FH 80-100 % immediately or by arrangement.

The outpatient sector of casa cantero accompanies families, children, adolescents, young adults, and individuals in a practical manner within their own living and life environment. The offerings include, among other things, outreach family work according to the Care Act (cantonally recognized), outpatient support, and semi-residential residential support. The assignments are carried out according to need and individually coordinated.

Your tasks

• Practical social pedagogical support in an outpatient setting
• Support of clients in stressful life, everyday, and educational situations
• Strengthening of self-help competencies, independence, and self-efficacy
• Goal definition, goal verification, and process design together with the clients
• Taking over case and coordination work
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with KESB, guardianships, social services, schools, therapists, and other specialist agencies
• Administrative tasks such as progress documentation, reports, and protocols

• Working hours according to planning and the needs of the clientele
• Independent assignment planning in the outpatient setting
• Readiness for weekend work
• Administrative work

Requirement profile

• Completed training as a Social Pedagogue HF or FH
• Interest in outpatient, outreach social pedagogical work
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Further language skills desirable
• Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
• High social competence, reliability, and ability to work in a team
• Driver's license category B and own vehicle
