Process Integration Engineer

## We are looking for a self-reliant and motivated person to strengthen our F&E / Engineering department. Your tasks: ## • Evaluation of FE/BE process capabilities, identification of gaps and development of solutions with cross-functional teams • Definition of critical process parameters (CTQ/CTF/CTP) and implementation of optimizations to increase Yield, throughput and lead time • Leadership of the introduction of new FE/BE process flows, including MES setup, Control Plans, data collection and OCAP • Determination and monitoring of statistical controls (CL/SL, CpK, Yield) as well as leadership of interdisciplinary teams with a focus on process and yield improvement • Troubleshooting of FE/BE production problems, leadership of 8D-/Root-Cause-Taskforces, provision of technical analyses and documentation, support for transfer and product ramp-up as well as promotion of an effective safety culture Your profile: ## • Master's degree (or higher) in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Chemistry or Materials Science • Broad understanding of FE/BE semiconductor manufacturing processes • Strong skills in metrology and failure analysis as well as experience with test and destructive/non-destructive analysis methods (experience in wafer manufacturing an advantage) • Secure handling of databases and information systems for analyzing process capability and specification compliance • Experienced in SPC, DOE, data-driven problem solving as well as familiar with MES/ERP in a regulated production environment • Ability to multitask and willingness to work under pressure; knowledge of German an advantage What to expect: ## • Exciting tasks in a worldwide leading high-tech company near Luzern • Fantastic infrastructure and first-class office environment with mountain view • Brand-new cleanroom and modern equipment • Small company with the opportunity to actively shape and influence • Wide range of tasks, diverse responsibilities and collaboration with excellent specialists • Attractive opportunities for further education and a variety of employee benefits
