Then you will like our kitchen! In our modern large-scale kitchen, you will get to know versatile areas: over 4500 menus per day! Cold production (e.g., salads, sandwiches), warm production, dessert/pastry. Theme weeks, e.g., pizza week, tapas week. Internship at Hotel au Lac The apprentice team participates in cooking competitions. You will attend the general vocational school in Zürich one day per week. Your profile Sek. A or Sek.
