Tasks

• Leadership, organization of the night and security service.
• Ensuring the care and security of our residents during the night.
• Coordination and support of the night team in the event of special occurrences.
• Monitoring and compliance with security standards and protocols.
• Regular exchanges within the management team.
• Cooperation with other departments to optimize processes.

Requirements

• Completed training in the social, nursing, or security sector.
• Experience in leading a team, ideally in the night or security service.
• High social competence and empathy in dealing with people.
• Resilience, decisiveness and assertiveness.
• Willingness to work irregular hours.
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form.
