What you move You take on specialist leadership tasks and supervise a manageable number of employees You carry out simple management tasks in the production system and have comprehensive knowledge of the products You perform manual specialist work independently and will be deployed as a floater in the production area You operate machines and systems, set them up and carry out maintenance and preparatory work You produce semi-finished products and finished products in the Charcuterie production You ensure compliance with hygiene and safety guidelines and live the values of the Migros-Gruppe in everyday life You work flexibly and reliably, even with irregular working hours or shift work What you bring Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ) Specialization: (e.g. Fleischfachmann/-frau or Lebensmitteltechnologe/-in) Professional experience: You bring practical experience in meat processing and knowledge of processes and workflows in production You are physically fit and ready to work in demanding environments (noise, cold, drafts) You have German language skills at level B1. You are open to change and enjoy working in a team You are familiar with machine and system operation and have a good understanding of hygiene and safety regulations You are ready to take on responsibility and use your coordinative skills You show commitment and are motivated to contribute in a versatile and demanding work area You are ready to work from 01:00 to 10:30 (partly night work).
