IAM IGA Business Analyst (f/m/d) Be your best with Bechtle On behalf of our client based in Geneva, we are looking for an IAM IGA Business Analyst (f/m/d) to support a strategic migration from Microsoft Identity Manager to Microsoft Entra ID Governance within an international environment. Your mission Collect, analyze, and formalize IAM/IGA needs from business and product teams. Map user personas, access life cycles, and existing authorization models. Design secure and sustainable business roles in an RBAC and ABAC logic. Define Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes, separation of duties matrices, and least privilege principles. Analyze identity data to identify orphaned accounts, redundant rights, and excessive access. Your profile Confirmed experience of 3 to 5 years as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Consultant in the IAM/IGA field. Solid understanding of identity governance, role engineering, entitlement management, and access reviews. Good mastery of data analysis tools, particularly Excel, as well as the ability to use SQL or PowerShell to analyze permissions. Experience in an agile environment, ideally with the SAFe framework and collaborative management tools. Current English required; French strongly desired, with excellent ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
