Polyanalytic is a medical analysis laboratory located in Lausanne and a member of the Sonic Suisse local laboratory network. Objective of the position Join our committed team within the Polyanalytic laboratory and participate, in this key role, in building the future of our leading and innovative company. Your impact in this role * Entry and organization of the sending of invoices, duplicates for the Genetics laboratory * Correspondence for insurance, patient, and doctor requests * Processing and management of accounts receivable collections * Monitoring of payment terms and management of disputes * Telephone responses to patients Your background and your expertise * Holder of a CFC as an office clerk, commerce, or a title deemed equivalent * Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable billing and/or disputes * Ability to work autonomously and in a team * Comfortable on the telephone and mastery of IT tools * Very good knowledge of German (C1 level) If you are a reliable person, endowed with a strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and quality, you are the candidate we are looking for.
