YOUR TASKS

• Assistance in department management while complying with operational specifications and ensuring high-quality patient care in the OP
• Scrubbing and assisting in various specialties, interdisciplinary cooperation and willingness to perform shift and on-call duty
• Leadership, promotion, and coaching of employees
• Planning of duty rosters with the department management and ensuring efficient operating room planning
• Co-responsibility for quality in the OP area, controlling the maintenance and routine service of all equipment including a say in new procurement
• Coordination of the OP program, emergency management, and conducting the daily report

YOUR PROFILE

• Training as a Fachfrau/-mann Operationstechnik HF with professional experience in this specialty as well as leadership experience in an operating department
• You feel comfortable in a demanding and versatile field of activity and you think and act economically
• You value interdisciplinary cooperation and are committed both professionally and personally to our team
• Your profile is rounded off by your responsible, resilient, and flexible nature
• Good MS-Office -- and SAP - knowledge is required
• Willingness for further training in Leadership
