WAREHOUSE WORKER / EN9100 LOGISTICS OPERATIVE 100%

Main duties

• Reception, identification, handling, and storage of materials and goods.
• Use of the forklift for loading, unloading, and internal handling activities.
• Operational management of the warehouse in compliance with EN9100 procedures and quality standards.
• Control of incoming goods and verification of documentation and material certificates.
• Registration of warehouse movements using management systems and IT tools.
• Preparation, packaging, and shipping of goods according to company procedures.
• Management of stock levels and support for inventory activities.
• Ensuring traceability of materials and compliance with documentary procedures.
• Commissions, pickups, and deliveries to customers, suppliers, and partners using company vehicles.
• Operational support for the company's logistical and organizational activities.
• Execution of small ordinary maintenance tasks and practical activities within the plant.
• Collaboration with the Production, Quality, and Purchasing departments.
• Maintaining order and cleanliness of the work areas.
• Compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.

Required skills

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Worker in industrial or manufacturing contexts.
• Possession of a forklift license.
• Knowledge and practical experience of processes and procedures according to EN9100 certification.
• Experience in managing documentation, material certificates, and traceability.
• Ability to work in compliance with defined procedures and high quality standards.
• Good proficiency with IT tools and management software.
• Good manual dexterity and willingness to perform diversified operational activities.
• Precision, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Flexibility and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.

Preferential requirements

• Experience in the precision mechanics, aerospace sector, or other highly regulated industrial contexts.
• Experience in the preparation and packaging of precision mechanical components.
• Experience gained in the Swiss market.
• Knowledge of the German and/or French language.
• Category B driving license.
• Immediate availability.
