Project Manager for Façades and/or Cladding

For our technical offices Façades and All in One, project managers collaborate with technicians, workshops, assembly and support sectors, ensuring the following main tasks: Project management (establishing schedules, monitoring progress and resource planning, budget monitoring, contractual and financial management) Representation of the company and discussions with clients and stakeholders Technical development (engineering and sizing of structures, design and sizing of attachments, supervision and monitoring of execution plans, quality assurance, safety and environmental aspects) Purchase requests for materials and production launch Preparation of assembly and monitoring of construction sites To successfully manage your projects in an autonomous and efficient manner, you possess: Technical expertise and proven experience in the field of metal construction in Façades and/or Cladding A degree in civil engineering, technician (CFC draftsman-constructor on metal, Federal Certificate of Constructor on metal, Federal Diploma of Master metal constructor) or equivalent Good knowledge of current standards, in technical and safety terms Leadership, reactivity and anticipation skills necessary to manage a project team and work in close collaboration with all internal and external stakeholders Creativity and pragmatism necessary to manage a project in a balanced and autonomous manner Ability to express and write in French. Mastery of German and Italian is an asset.
