We wish to orient our actions more towards the needs of our clients and promote digitalization. Social insurances can claim their benefits from a third party or from their civil liability insurance, if the latter is responsible for the social insurance case. This is carried out for the AI and the AVS by the respective recourse services. The recourse service of Berne is organizationally attached to the AI service of the canton of Berne. It conducts recourse procedures for both the AI services of Berne and Soleure as well as for the compensation funds located in the canton of Berne.
