Your contribution

• Participate in weekly and medium-term work planning
• Prepare and hand over the training facilities; plan and provide the material as well as the necessary operating materials; manage the warehouse; procure resources and conduct inventory
• Organize the use of vehicles and special machines; plan and carry out landscaping work as well as maintenance work on the facilities
• Control and ensure the maintenance and operation of the technical facilities, the associated systems and the material equipment of the infrastructures; ensure and monitor the execution of the work by the commissioned personnel and partner companies
• Train and educate employees and customers

What makes you unique

• Federal Certificate of Proficiency in a technical field, as a specialist in facility maintenance or similar training with a federal professional diploma as a caretaker
• Extensive experience in the profession and in technical leadership
• Organizational talent, teamwork and good interaction with customers; efficient and conscientious way of working
• Analytical thinking, rapid recognition of essential problems and suggesting appropriate solutions; ability to set priorities
• Good IT skills (MS Office and SAP) as well as good knowledge of a second official language
• A category C driving license and a forklift license are an advantage
