To strengthen the HR team, we are looking for a committed, service-oriented, and independent personality as an HR Manager (m/f/d). Your tasks • Competent advice and support for employees as well as managers in all HR matters • Independent handling of the entire personnel administration along the employee lifecycle • Responsibility for the recruitment process from personnel planning to successful onboarding • Maintenance and further development of the HR systems as well as ensuring high data quality • Accompanying health-related topics and conducting discussions together with managers • Creation of analyses, evaluations and HR controlling key figures • Active participation in the establishment and further development of locations and HR processes Your profile • Completed HR specialist certificate (HR-Fachausweis) • Several years of experience in a generalist HR function • Experience in logistics, transport or comparable dynamic industries is an advantage • High level of personal responsibility as well as a pragmatic and solution-oriented way of working • Strong social competence, empathy and advisory competence • Resilient personality with a hands-on mentality • Affinity for numbers and interest in HR analyses and controlling • Organizational talent with the ability to maintain an overview even in hectic situations What awaits you • Responsible and varied HR generalist function • Opportunity to actively help shape processes and structures • Family-like corporate culture with short decision-making paths • Attractive further training and development opportunities • At least 5 weeks of vacation, from the 5th year of service even 6 weeks • Free parking spaces • Collegial environment with an open and appreciative corporate culture Interested?
