Mobile auxiliary receptionist on call - Genève Region
As part of mandates for several of our clients, we are looking for mobile auxiliary receptionists with a variable activity rate to ensure occasional replacements and strengthen the reception teams of different sites located in the Genève region.
This is an on-call contract, requiring great flexibility and regular availability, notably to intervene sometimes on short notice according to the needs of our clients.

Your missions Ensure physical and telephone reception of visitors, clients and collaborators Orient and inform visitors with professionalism Manage entries and exits (badges, registers, visitor announcements) Receive and distribute mail as well as parcels Handle calls, emails and various requests Ensure the impeccable maintenance of the reception area Collaborate with the different interlocutors present on site Adapt quickly to varied work environments and to different client sites
What characterizes you.
Your profile Previous experience in a similar function (reception, welcome, hospitality or customer service), an asset Fluent French orally and in writing Very good level of English required Any other language constitutes an advantage Excellent presentation and keen sense of service Very good interpersonal skills, discretion and courtesy Organization, autonomy and reliability Mastery of usual IT tools Great flexibility and availability to work on call Mobility indispensable throughout the entire Genève region Ability to integrate quickly into new work environments
