Debt Collection Clerk

• Initiate appropriate measures within the framework of debt collection (pre-legal and legal)
• Prepare payment proposals; establish installment agreements as well as assess restructuring and deferral requests
• Independently create definitive and provisional legal openings for all administrative units in French, German, and Italian
• Written and telephone contact with debtors, authorities, and authorized third parties
• Collaborate in internal project groups

This makes you unique

• Commercial training and several years of experience in debt collection
• Good knowledge of debt enforcement law (SchKG)
• Independent, exact, and responsible way of working
• Negotiation skills, assertiveness, and resilience
• Analytical thinking as well as clear goal and result orientation
• Very good knowledge of two official languages, good knowledge of the third official language

Die Eidgenössische Finanzverwaltung (EFV) is an office of the Eidgenössisches Finanzdepartement and oversees the federal finances. We prepare the budget, the financial plan, and the accounts of the Confederation. All important projects of the departments with impacts on the federal finances pass through our hands.
