Integrated into the heart of a large recognized institution Nurses 80% CDI Integrated into the heart of a large recognized institution, the hospital of the Institution de Lavigny is one of the reference centers in French-speaking Switzerland for patients with brain injuries requiring neurological rehabilitation, or suffering from difficult-to-treat epilepsy. Open since July 1st, 2024, the Service universitaire de neuroréhabilitation (SUN) is an innovative structure linking two institutions, the CHUV and the Hôpital de Lavigny. With 75 beds and nearly 200 employees, the SUN provides highly specialized and interdisciplinary care in academic neurorehabilitation, for more than 500 hospitalized patients and nearly 2000 outpatient patients per year. Within the care team of the Département Hospitalier de Lavigny, we are looking for: Nurses 80% CDI Your missions: Organize and provide nursing care in coherence with the clinical itinerary of the patient in neurological rehabilitation, in collaboration with the entire interdisciplinary team, and in partnership with the hospitalized patient and their loved ones Integrate the patient's rehabilitation objectives into daily care Perform medical acts, usually delegated to nursing staff upon medical prescription Inform, guide, and advise the patient as well as their entourage. Stimulate and participate in health education and promotion measures in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Participate in the training and development of colleagues, nursing students, interns, apprentices, and auxiliary staff. Your profile: A HES nursing training or in general care, or a title deemed equivalent Skills to work in interdisciplinarity Experience in neurology and rehabilitation or an interest in training in this field Training as a practitioner educator and/or as a company trainer represents an asset A good ability to adapt and a sense of responsibility.
