Your area of responsibility

• You take over the timely and quality-compliant payroll administration from A–Z for our locations in German- and French-speaking Switzerland
• You record entries and mutations in the Abacussystem
• You participate in statistics, reports as well as quarterly and annual financial statements
• Everything regarding PK, KTG, AHV, BVG, Quellensteuer & Co. is in your experienced hands
• You are responsible for the year-end work such as payroll round, social insurances, compensation fund etc.
• You advise employees and the HR team competently on payroll and social insurance questions
• You actively support the optimization of the new payroll system Abacus – especially in process optimizations and projects

Your profile

• Completed commercial basic training and further training in HR/Payroll
• At least 2 years of experience in personnel and payroll administration
• Very good Excel skills are a matter of course for you, experience with Abacus is a great advantage
• Fluent German and French skills in spoken and written form
• Independent and precise way of working, combined with loyalty and reliability
• A warm, humorous and service-oriented personality
