The Successful Applicant ##

Experience:

  • 5 to 8+ years of solid experience in trade execution or traffic operations within a commodity trading house, with an absolute focus on grains, oilseeds, or agricultural products.
  • Proven adaptability and a desire to operate in an agile, fast-paced, and growing desk environment.

Technical & Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills to manage logistical unexpected claims or delays independently.

Language Requirements:

  • English: Advanced / Proficient (C1 level minimum), as it is the primary language of international grain contracts and maritime trade.
  • Additional Languages: Fluency in Turkish, Arabic, or Spanish is considered a strong asset to match the expansion targets of the trading desk.
