Building Services Planner Sanitary

You plan and manage sanitary systems from the preliminary project phase to completion and create detailed BIM models for building services.

Tasks

• Planning of sanitary systems from preliminary project to completion
• Creation and development of detailed BIM models for building services
• Implementation of BIM-to-Field using tachymeter
• Project management for smaller sanitary systems
• Calculation of sanitary tenders
• Creation of material requisitions and organization of prefabrication
• Customer care and negotiation with suppliers, engineers, architects, and construction professionals

Profile

• Completed vocational training as a Building Services Planner Sanitary
• Further training with a federal professional certificate or willingness to obtain this promptly
• Further training to Master or technical school is an advantage
• Independent way of working and assertiveness
• Customer-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking
• Good MS Office and CAD knowledge (Bausoft and Revit)
