• Participation in the development of the SILEA boutique-atelier and the Restwert Thun project
• Autonomous organization and management of commercial and administrative tasks
• Support of participants in professional integration
• Promotion of professional skills in daily work
• Contribution to a valuing work atmosphere
• Quality assurance of processes from the receipt of goods to the sale and participation in the implementation of the service offering
• Cooperation with internal services and contribution of personal ideas

Your profile

• Commercial training (CFC)
• Experience or interest in the social field
• Joy of working with people
• Motivation to supervise employees requiring support in sales
• Autonomous, responsible and structured way of working
• Joy of collaborating with, supporting and promoting employees
• Good communication skills, flexibility and team spirit
