Chef de rang Room-service (M/F)

Contract type: Indefinite Term Contract

Responsibilities

• You ensure breakfast, lunch and dinner services.
• You carry out all the mises en place necessary for service.
• You perform clearing up on the floors.
• You ensure the setup and service of the "Welcome".
• You organize and control the cleaning of equipment and workspaces.
• You ensure the training of trainees and commis.

Profile sought

• You are graduated in hotel-restaurant management (BEP, CAP, BTS, BAC PRO, CFC or equivalent).
• You benefit from a first significant experience in room service or restaurant service within a high-end hotel.
• You speak French and English fluently; a third language is a plus.
• You are comfortable with standard IT tools (Word, Excel, Micros).
• You are organized, dynamic, with an excellent sense of detail and a strong team spirit.
• Of an elegant and professional nature, you are ready for the Palace experience.
