As Junior Regional Manager Housekeeping (m/w), you are the important interface between our company and our hotel customers in the Zurich region. In this exciting dual function, you take on both the leadership and coordination of our Housekeeping teams and the direct operational deployment on site. Your tasks: Supporting the management and coordination of the team, consisting of Housekeeping Managers, Floor Supervisors and Room Maids at several locations. Organizing and monitoring the cleaning processes in our hotel properties. Participating in adhering to budget and contractual requirements. Actively shaping and improving internal processes as well as quality standards. Being responsible for the daily operational management on site in the Housekeeping area. Ensuring a smooth process in daily operations. Accompanying and supporting new employees during their induction. Conducting training sessions and briefings to promote the team. Supporting the recruitment of new employees. Deputizing for Housekeeping Managers in their absence. Quality control of guest rooms. Your qualifications: Completed training in the field of hospitality, cleaning, facility management or comparable qualification is an advantage. Professional experience in the cleaning industry. Initial experience in leading employees is desirable. Confident, well-groomed appearance and high customer orientation. Motivated, dedicated personality who is used to working independently. Willingness to work occasionally on weekends or at off-peak times. Organizational talent, service awareness and communication skills. Solution-oriented thinking and acting. Very good German language skills in word and writing, English as well as other languages are an advantage. Driver's license category B.
