Work location: Bern 0% Remote Work The civil division of the Regionalgericht Bern-Mittelland is, as the first instance, responsible for the civil law disputes (such as separations, divorces, bankruptcies, labor law and tenancy law disputes) that arise in its judicial region. As of 1 August 2027, we have an apprenticeship for a Commercial Employee EFZ to be filled. Your tasks <br /> • Processing of incoming and outgoing mail • Telephone and counter service • Checking and recording new entries • Administrative processing of civil proceedings, independently or by instruction • Creation of letters, orders, decisions and other correspondence on instruction and/or independently • Monitoring of appointments/deadlines • Appointment arrangements with lawyers and other parties to the proceedings • Taking minutes at simple court hearings • Closing work and archiving of the case files • Management of office supplies • further tasks on instruction <br /> Your profile <br /> • Secondary or Realschule graduation with 10th school year • very good oral and written German skills • mastery of the ten-finger typing system • quick comprehension and interest in civil law issues • careful, independent, reliable and conscientious way of working • interested, discreet, open-minded and cheerful personality • ability to work in a team, good manners, enjoyment of cooperation and exchange with other people <br /> We offer you <br /> • exciting and varied training with insight into different areas of activity of the civil division of the Regionalgericht • close cooperation with court secretaries, law clerks and court presidents • generous coverage of costs and additional holidays for language stays • 32 vacation days per apprenticeship year • generous cost sharing for school materials and BYOD • a modern workplace next to the Kocherpark in Bern • as an option within the framework of the EFZ training, "Communication in the national language" is expected to be offered <br /> Contact Curious?
