Project Manager Electronic Security Systems

You will take ownership of project delivery, ensuring effective planning, stakeholder coordination and resolution of technical issues.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Manage electronic security projects from initiation through completion and final handover.
• Develop and monitor project plans, coordinating resources, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Coordinate Engineers, Field Technicians and external partners.
• Monitor progress, risks, deadlines and technical issues, and drive corrective actions.
• Oversee installation and commissioning activities.
• Track hardware availability and anticipate supply constraints.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning and final project handover.
• Maintain project documentation and progress reporting.
• Proven experience in technical project management.
• Previous experience in electronic security, low-voltage systems, building technologies or technical integration projects.
• Good understanding of installation and commissioning environments.
• Ability to coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence working with technical teams and managing customer relationships.
• Technical background in electrical engineering, electronics, automation, IT, building technologies or a related field.

Technical expertise

Experience with one or more of the following platforms is highly valued:

• Genetec
• Lenel / LenelS2
• PACOM
• Milestone
• Axis

Experience with comparable security integration platforms will also be considered.

Languages

• English and French: required.
• German: a strong asset.
• Location: Switzerland.
• Experience in Data Centers or other critical infrastructure environments would be an advantage.
• Experience managing international or global account projects is highly valued.
• Previous experience in security system integration projects would be an asset.
